"Nice locket, just caught me at a bad time"
I ordered a locket with a name and date engraved on it, and the personalization came out right. The spelling was correct and it looked close to the preview, which was a relief. The engraving was a little lighter than I expected, but it’s still readable and the locket itself is pretty. I think I was just a bit stressed because I ordered it around a busy time and was worried about everything turning out right. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Return was easy overall"
I had to return a locket because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Their response wasn’t instant, but they did get back to me and clearly explained the return steps. Once they received it, my refund came through a few days later. I’ve dealt with other shops where returns felt like a hassle, so this was definitely smoother than some competitors. I would’ve appreciated quicker updates, but overall it was a decent experience.

"Nice locket, but watch the chain"
I’ve been wearing this locket most days and so far it’s holding up well. No weird discoloration or loose pieces yet, and the locket itself feels solid. Just a heads up though, the chain is a little on the lightweight side, so I’d be careful if you’re rough on jewelry or plan to wear it constantly. Overall I’m happy with it.

I had to do an exchange, which I was kind of dreading based on experiences I’ve had with other companies, but this was actually smooth. Support got back to me quickly and sorted everything out without making it a hassle. Definitely better than a lot of competitors I’ve dealt with.

"Cute gift, but not for everyone"
I grabbed this thinking it would be an easy, cute gift, and my first thought was that everyone would love it. My sister did, so I was like, yep, good choice. But then my mum said it was a bit too sentimental for her, so I guess it really depends on the person.

"Pretty Locket, Just a Few Small Things"
I ordered a locket from loveloxlockets, and overall it was okay. The design is really pretty, and I appreciated that it came packaged securely, with no scratches or damage when I opened it. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, and the locket itself felt a bit lighter in my hand than I thought it would. It’s not bad at all, just not something that totally wowed me either. I’d say I’m somewhere in the middle on it

"Still cute after almost a year"
I’ve had my locket for almost a year now, it’s held up well. There are a few tiny scratches from wearing it all the time, which feels kind of unavoidable, to be fair — but it still looks really cute. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, so that’s why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5

"Really comfy locket"
I ordered a locket from loveloxlockets.com and its been so easy to wear. I was worried it might feel a bit heavy or get annoying around my neck, but it sits really nicely and doesnt rub or tug at all. Ive worn it to work a few times and forgot I even had it on. The chain feels smooth too, which I really like. Super happy with it and no complaints from me.

I ordered a locket and, i was kind of second-guessing the whole delivery timing since I needed it to arrive when they said it would. But it actually showed up right on the exact date they gave me. The tracking worked well too, and I got updates without having to message anyone or worry about where it was. The package arrived in good shape, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with how simple the whole process ended up being

"Cute locket, but not perfect!!"
The locket is really cute, and the engraving came out nice and clear!! I do like wearing it... but the hinge feels a little loose, and the edges aren’t quite as smooth as I was expecting. It’s still totally wearable, for sure, I just thought the craftsmanship would be a bit better for the price!!!

"Cute, Simple Designs"
I thought the designs on loveloxlockets were really cute without being too much. The style is clean, and the photos make it easy to see the little details, which I appreciated. A few pages felt kind of plain at first, but that might just be part of the simple look, and it still made everything easy to browse. Overall, I liked the site and would probably give it 4 stars
